Due to the rise of Covid-19 infections and the new health regulations taking effect in Oslo, we have decided to revise the format and do an online event instead of an in person meeting. We will celebrate this historic treaty with a little "sonic toast"! We will also discuss wishes for future meet-ups. On Saturday, October 24, 2020, the UN Treaty on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons reached the requirements for its entry into force, after Honduras became the 50th country to ratify the treaty. ICAN, the Nobel peace prize winning coalition, has achieved what people long thought was impossible!
VoxLAB will dedicate October´s IMPROLEK this Thursday, to a celebration of this historic victory for peace and democracy.
Meet us online at 7pm with a candle and a sound maker that feels celebratory. The theme for the evening is "daring the impossible".
